Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Web Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native, and distributed web systems.

The role requires deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, cloud and DevOps practices, and enterprise-level security and performance optimization.

You will serve as a technology leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in building scalable, secure,

and future-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise web architecture (cloud-native, microservices, event-driven) and design

complex frameworks from the ground up.
Design multi-tenant systems with solid data isolation strategies.
Lead frontend (React/Next/Vue/Angular) and modern high-performance backend (Node.js,

Golang, Python, Rust) architecture.
Design scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
Implement robust data modeling, data archiving, and lifecycle management.
Ensure security, performance tuning, and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Mentor engineering teams and align technical vision with business goals.

Core Requirements
Solid experience in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, sharding, performance tuning).




Proven experience building end-to-end architectural frameworks completely from the ground up.
Hands-on production experience in multi-tenancy with data architecture.
Deep hands-on expertise in backend systems engineered using Rust and GoLang.
Strong working knowledge of GenAI frameworks and engineering paradigms, including tools like

Claude Code.
Direct experience developing on the Agentic Plane (orchestrating AI agents, autonomous multi-

agent pipelines).
Experience in data archiving and lifecycle management strategies.
Expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure and up-to-date DevOps practices.
Deep understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, SSO, SSL/TLS).
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to align technical

strategies with business goals.
Provide technical mentorship to architects, senior engineers, and development teams.
Conduct technical deep dives, design reviews, and performance optimizations.
Champion agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and AI-driven automation.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
