About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to manage our Power Tools & Hand Tools retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the retail team, handling customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual store sales targets.
Drive walk-in sales and generate repeat customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Promote Power Tools, Hand Tools and related products.
Develop relationships with contractors, technicians, dealers and professional users.
Monitor daily sales and take corrective action to achieve targets.
Store Operations




Manage complete day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising and store presentation.
Maintain discipline and qualified standards within the store.
Ensure smooth billing, invoicing and payment collection processes.
Coordinate with the management, purchase and accounts teams.
Customer Handling
Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Build robust long-term relationships with customers.
Product Knowledge
Maintain strong knowledge of Power Tools, Hand Tools, accessories and related products.
Understand product specifications, applications and competitive products.
Train sales staff on product features, benefits and applications.
Stay updated with recent products and market trends.
