Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS statements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, and cost control activities
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections management
Coordinate employee salary processing and payroll-related activities
Resolve internal and external finance-related queries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and filings
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements




Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow management
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial records and documentation
Maintain accurate accounting records, financial databases, and reporting systems
Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting insights, and operational cost optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Coordination
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
Relevant experience in finance and accounting operations preferred.

Pay: ₹10,029.11 - ₹50,000.00 per month
