Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, ModelOps, or related fields.
Hands on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
Experience with:
Prompt Engineering
Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Evaluation Frameworks
Fine Tuning Techniques
Robust programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as:
Azure AI Foundry
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
Hugging Face
LangChain
Semantic Kernel
MLflow

Qualifications Must have
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Robust analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience implementing ModelOps or LLMOps capabilities.




Familiarity with RAGAS, DeepEval, Evidently, and AI observability frameworks.
Experience in Banking, Ficial Services, or regulated industries.
Knowledge of AI Goverce, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management (MRM).

Positive to have

Establish scalable AI evaluation and testing practices.
Reduce hallucinations and model performance drift.
Enable governed and production ready GenAI deployments.
