Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Purchase Trainee / Purchase Engineer to support procurement activities for our Valve Manufacturing Division. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase order processing, material follow-up, and maintaining procurement records.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing materials and components from approved suppliers
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
Follow up with suppliers for quotations, deliveries, and documentation
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Planning, and Quality departments
Maintain purchase records,



vendor databases, and procurement reports
Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements
Track material deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials
Support vendor development and supplier evaluation activities
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain concepts
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the procurement function
