Lead the delivery of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Mobility operations across international markets.
Manage and develop a team of managers while driving service excellence and operational governance.
Partner with global HR, business leaders, COEs, and external vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
Drive compensation cycles, rewards administration, wellness initiatives, and mobility support.
Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders across regions and functions.

The Successful Applicant





We're looking for someone who has:
18+ years of experience in Compensation & Perks, Total Rewards, or HR Service Delivery.
Robust people leadership experience, including managing managers.
Exposure to global markets such as US, EMEA, Europe, or APAC.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently.
