We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager of Architecture with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Architecture qualification and a proven track record of success in leading architectural projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee all architectural projects within the organization
Develop and implement architectural strategies to meet business objectives
Lead a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in architecture
Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture degree
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
