Key Responsibility
Lead packaging design projects from concept development to final production.
Design packaging for pens, gift sets, collections, and other product categories.
Develop packaging layouts, die lines, typography systems, information hierarchy, and visual narratives.
Create communication assets across print, digital, retail, e-commerce, and marketing touchpoints.
Develop product launches, promotional creatives, catalogues, brochures, presentations, and other brand communication materials.
Translate brand strategy and product positioning into transparent and engaging visual communication.
Maintain consistency across the SUBMARINE and other brand/product identities.
Explore new creative directions while ensuring designs remain commercially relevant and production ready.
Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution.

Skills Set
Prepare and check artwork for production, including print specifications, die lines, finishes, and pre-press requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Review and guide the work of junior designers when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
