Role Purpose

Lead the strategic planning, lifecycle management, and commercial success of the Pediatrics and Dermatology portfolio by driving brand strategy, scientific marketing, product launches, digital initiatives, and field force excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development of annual brand strategy, business plans and marketing calendar for the assigned product

category portfolio.
Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets.
Manage product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and portfolio optimization.
Plan and execute current product launches.
Design promotional campaigns, visual aids, leave-behinds, CMEs and digital content.
Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
Train and mentor field force through cycle meetings and product training.




Monitor marketing budgets and ROI.
Build relationships with KOLs, pediatricians and dermatologists.

Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) preferred; B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences desirable.
5–10 years (PM) or 8–15 years (GPM) in pharmaceutical / consumer healthcare marketing.
Experience in Pediatrics and/or Dermatology preferred.
