What you’ll get to do in this role:
Establish growing monetization channels and deliver revenue for the company
Show ownership of your clients to drive revenue growth, adoption and business hygiene
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Customer Success, delivering real-time feedback
on the recent and existing products and features
Make every potential user happy with every interaction,

Build and improve relationships with IT and business
Demonstrate street-smart decision-making and a pushy-yet-professional attitude to drive results and
timelines
Proactively identify and resolve client-side bottlenecks to accelerate time-to-value
Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track

We’re looking for someone who:
1+ years of experience in SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform Solutions, mainly client handling
Ability to own top line numbers across multiple high involvement clients
Identify chance for revenue growth via upsell and cross sell
High ownership in maintaining business hygiene and client health cross adoption, commerce, and
receivables
Ability to understand the SaaS products in-depth and communicate their perks to both technical and
non-technical customers
Strong interest in mobile
