Job Title: Analyst Risk Management Shared Services (Banking Operations)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Risk Management Shared Services team. The role involves supporting banking operations, performing risk-related checks, analyzing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Perform operational and risk management activities for banking processes.
Review and verify customer and transaction data.
Conduct due diligence, KYC/AML, and compliance checks as per company guidelines.
Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and exceptions in banking transactions.
Ensure timely processing of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.




Maintain process documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BBM, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking operations or financial services is preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
