Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Content Reviewers / Content Moderators. The role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets defined quality, safety, and platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content based on established guidelines and policies.
Identify and flag inappropriate, sensitive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
Ensure accuracy and consistency while making content decisions.
Maintain quality and productivity targets as defined by the process.
Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy and security guidelines.
Adapt quickly to process updates, policy changes,
and recent moderation guidelines.
Required Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
Positive understanding of internet and social media content.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/tools.
Willingness to work as per business requirements and rotational shifts, if applicable.

Candidate must be based in Hyderabad and available for a 3-month contract.
Candidates must have a suitable setup to work effectively from home.
