Role & responsibilities
Oversee HVAC outfitting activities at the block stage, including planning, installation, testing, and quality assurance of HVAC systems
Ensure that all HVAC installations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards and are executed in accordance with project specifications.
Supervise the Work Preparator/Material Controller and Supervisor HVAC, providing explicit instructions, support, and resources for productive task completion
Guide the team in resource allocation, prioritizing tasks to maintain outfitting schedule and prevent delays
Work closely with the Work Preparator/Material Controller to ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for engineering and auxiliary outfitting activities




Implement quality control measures for all HVAC outfitting activities, conducting regular inspections to verify that installations meet project specifications and industry standards.
Monitor and report on the progress of HVAC outfitting tasks, tracking project milestones, resource usage, and adherence to timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
Additional certifications in Project Management, Quality Control, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous
Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC installation tasks, including quality assurance, repair and regulatory compliance
