Location: Current Atish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (Depends on Interview) Shift: Day Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Responsibilities:
Handle candidate calling and interview coordination.
Screen candidates over phone and assess basic eligibility.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Update recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
