Requirements
6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Strong experience in HR Generalist functions and Payroll.
Good knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Experience handling both clinical and non-clinical manpower will be an advantage.
Robust communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospital environment.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
