Job Purpose The Investment Product Specialist will contribute to delivering exceptional financial solutions and maintaining robust client relationships within the Wealth Management business.
As an Individual Contributor, the role involves supporting Relationship Managers in executing wealth management strategies and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients. The incumbent’s analytical ability, attention to detail, and passion for wealth management will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Assist in raising funds from HNI/UHNI clients through technical and fundamental equity research.
Provide investment advisory support to clients mapped to Wealth Managers.
Conduct regular meetings with active clients and support in converting dormant clients into active relationships.
Participate in regional client meetings, seminars, and events.
Share research reports with current and prospective clients.
Assist in drafting quarterly client newsletters.
Provide investment support, education,
and portfolio guidance to clients and Relationship Managers.
Share timely updates on investment prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
Monitor competitors’ investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Assist in developing personalized financial plans aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and preferences.
Prepare financial reports, investment summaries, and portfolio performance reviews for client presentations.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior management to define team objectives and KPIs.
Support alignment of team goals with overall organizational strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory.
