Bid Management: Manage the bidding process, including preparation of bid documents,

submission, and follow-up.
Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tenders received from vendors, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams,

to ensure tender requirements are met.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce,



or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, and procurement processes, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
Knowledge: Solid knowledge of tendering processes e- bid & GeM , contract management, and procurement principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts.
