Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Indeed and other job portals.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial calls.
Handle sourcing for IT & Non-IT positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
Update candidate details and recruitment status in the ATS.
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to close positions.
Maintain daily sourcing and submission targets.
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Staffing.
Freshers with solid communication and interest in recruitment can apply.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Basic understanding of job portals and Boolean search is preferred.
Candidates who can work from office at Uppal, Hyderabad only.
