Position Summary:
We seek a skilled developer to create, maintain, and support custom automated reports and analytics to drive strategic decision-making in our Marketing and Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analysis, scripting languages, and database management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and support custom automated reports and analytics for management using Perl/Python and Oracle SQL.
Design and implement efficient, scalable data pipelines for marketing and sales data.
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their data and reporting needs and provide innovative solutions.
Optimize existing reports and processes for better performance and accuracy.
Assist in the implementation and management of marketing technology tools.
Contribute to other technical projects within the Marketing and Sales Department as needed.

Requirements and Skills:




Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience producing automated and scheduled reports and analytics using technical tools.
Proficiency in Perl and/or Python programming languages.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle databases.
Understanding of Linux/UNIX environments, shell scripts and command-line operations.
Experience with web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS (S3, Athena) and Google BigQuery is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
Solid communication skills to effectively present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
