Key Responsibilities:
Transportation & Dispatch Management
Plan and manage dispatch of finished goods to customers/distributors
Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery
Ensure proper documentation (LR, E-way bill, invoices)
Warehouse

Management
Oversee inventory storage and movement
Ensure proper stock handling and minimize damage/loss
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable
Inventory

Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production team
Ensure accurate stock records and regular audits
Internal audits to be conducted timely
ERP records to be maintained regularly & reports to be submitted as and when required .
Vendor & Transporter Management
Identify and manage transport vendors




Negotiate freight rates and contracts
Monitor transporter performance
Cost Optimization
Reduce logistics and transportation costs
Optimize routes and load planning
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GST, E-way bills, safety norms)
Maintain proper logistics records and reports
Coordination
Work closely with production, sales, and purchase teams
Ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
