Work with internal partners to develop a robust portfolio management framework and a comprehensive credit & fraud risk management infrastructure for the Digital Bank. N
Define the credit & portfolio management strategy, focusing primarily on Consumer products, Merchant lending, and SME lending portfolios. N
Establish credit risk appetite and thresholds for the product portfolios. N
Develop a comprehensiveprocess and build credit portfolio monitoring and control systems to assess, identify, and reduce credit risk while optimizing portfolio returns. N
Conduct real-time industry research with team reports to identify and analyze emerging trends. Review and approve relevant policies related to various regulations and emerging trends. N

n n n REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degreein Computer Science/Statistics/Data Science or related programs;
MBA or Post graduate ina similar field is a plus N
At least 8+ years experience in credit, exposure to merchant lending is a plus N
Excellent quantitative skills with background in credit scoring, credit strategy and overall credit cycle N
Solid background in Credit Loss Forecasting N
Conversant with scoring& impairment forecasting models. N
Proficient in using statistical programming languages such as SQL and Python N
Experience in using traditional and alternate data to drive credit strategies N
