Ensure all facilities, utilities, and mechanical equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition through an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
Minimize equipment downtime and facility disruptions by providing timely maintenance and repair services.
Support effective procurement and maintenance planning through accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receiving.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure cleaning, security, and other facility services meet established KPIs and contractual requirements.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
Basic knowledge of lathe machine operation is preferred (not mandatory).

Education: Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. Experience: 1+ yr Experience can also apply.

Location: Chennai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
