We are currently seeking a Manager - Liaison (BD) to join our real estate organization's land acquisition team. Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition prospects
Negotiate and secure land acquisition deals

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in land acquisition and real estate development
Solid negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
