Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Track sales, leads, site visits, bookings, collections and team performance.
Collect and consolidate data from sales teams and CRM systems.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely reporting to management.
Prepare performance reports, productivity analysis and management summaries.
Identify data gaps, discrepancies and reporting issues and coordinate for corrections.
Support management with sales analytics and actionable insights.
Maintain Excel-based trackers, reports and presentations.

Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters and dashboards.
Valuable understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
Experience in real estate / sales MIS will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
