Job Summary: We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused specialists for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with international customers via calls/chats/emails
Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally
Promote products, services, and special offers
Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and night shift

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Graduate Freshers are eligible only
Undergraduate / 12th pass are not eligible
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Advantages
CTC: ₹2.55 LPA
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹17,000 per month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
