About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Design Intern to join our design and creative team.

We are particularly looking for students or recent graduates from NIFT, NID and other premium/reputed design institutes with robust fundamentals in graphic design, visual communication and creative thinking.

This is not a Canva-only role. We are looking for someone who understands design beyond templates and can take an idea or brief and turn it into a solid, skilled visual concept.

Key Responsibilities
Create premium social media creatives for Startup Story
Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites and other digital platforms




Develop creative concepts for startup and business stories
Design event creatives, speaker announcements, invitations and promotional campaigns
Work on presentations, marketing collaterals and brand communication
Assist in developing visual identities and branding materials
Create infographics, illustrations, layouts and editorial graphics
Work on typography, composition, grids and visual hierarchy
Adapt designs across digital and print formats
Maintain consistency with Startup Story’s brand guidelines
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, events and business teams
Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development
Take feedback and implement multiple rounds of professional design revisions
