We are looking for a Motor Insurance to join our insurance brokerage and take ownership of the end-to-end motor insurance process for our clients.
This is not a pure sales or telecalling role. You will work closely with clients to source quotations, compare insurers, structure the right coverage, process policies, manage renewals and endorsements, and coordinate with insurers for servicing and claims.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of private car insurance, be comfortable working across multiple insurer portals, and have the ability to independently take a motor insurance case from quotation to policy issuance and ongoing servicing.
24 years of hands-on experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
Strong understanding of private car insurance; commercial motor experience is an advantage.
Experience working with multiple insurance-company portals.
Practical understanding of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and claims.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
Ability to work in a quick-paced brokerage workplace.
You Will Be a Outstanding Fit If You
Have worked at an insurance broker, insurer, auto dealership/MISP or insurance distribution platform.
Can independently handle a motor case without needing constant supervision.
Know how to navigate insurer portals and get quotations quickly.
Understand that the cheapest premium is not always the best recommendation.
Important Not a telecalling role. We need someone with hands-on motor insurance experience who understands insurer processes and can independently handle operations, technical issues, negotiations, and problem-solving.
