About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media, influencer marketing, advertising, PR, marketing, or a related industry.
The role will focus on identifying recent opportunities, building relationships with brands, generating leads, developing client conversations, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Research and build a strong prospect pipeline
Connect with brand, marketing, and business decision makers
Drive outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
Understand client requirements and identify relevant opportunities
Coordinate with the internal team on proposals and pitches
Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients




Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities
Stay updated on digital media, influencer marketing, social media, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Partnerships
Relevant experience in Digital Media, Advertising, Influencer Marketing, PR, Creative or Marketing Agencies
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Confident in speaking with senior brand and marketing professionals
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Positive understanding of digital media, social platforms, and the creator ecosystem
Strong presentation and pitching skills
Commercially aware with good negotiation skills
Proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
