Key Responsibilities
Perform carpentry work: door/window repairs, furniture fixing, fittings, minor fabrication.
Handle electrical tasks: switchboards, wiring, lights, fans, basic fault finding.
Carry out painting and touch-up work as required.
Attend daily maintenance complaints from rooms and common areas.
Ensure safety standards while performing maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs if needed.
Maintain tools and maintenance material inventory.
Ensure minimal disruption to residents during work.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in carpentry, electrical, and painting work.
Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues independently.
Knowledge of safety practices and proper tool handling.
Experience working in facilities,



hospitals, hostels, or residential buildings preferred.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Qualifications Technical experience preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Working Hours
8–10 hours shift as per facility requirement
Weekly off as per roster

Salary
As per experience and skill level

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,240.00 per month
