About the Role

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations & HR Intern to support our US Healthcare recruitment and operations team. The role involves coordination, candidate management, recruitment support, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR and recruitment team with candidate sourcing and coordination.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
Handle candidate communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist with daily operations and recruitment-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.




Meet assigned targets and support the team in achieving recruitment goals.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Comfortable working in the US shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
Willingness to work from office in Ranchi.
Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
Candidates interested in HR, Recruitment, Operations, or US Healthcare recruitment are preferred.
