Job Title: Outbound Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions
Handle customer objections and follow up with prospects in a timely manner
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales




Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information post-interaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling
Prior experience in an international voice process is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
