Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnose illnesses specific to the pediatric population.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor growth and developmental milestones, offering timely interventions when delays are detected.
Administer routine immunizations and provide preventative health counseling to patients and their guardians.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare specialists to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Educate parents and caregivers on nutrition, safety, and general health maintenance for children.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in pediatric medicine.
Valid medical licensure and board certification in Pediatrics.
Robust clinical knowledge of childhood diseases, developmental disorders, and adolescent health.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to children and families clearly.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young patients.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical documentation.

Compensation
Salary Range: ₹250,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 annually.
