Performance Marketing Executive Intern

Job Summary:

Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive Intern to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and business development teams.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.




Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Candidates with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns preferred.
