Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage daily campaign activities including budgeting, targeting, bidding, creatives, and audience segmentation.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve business targets.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives and marketing copies.
Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimum utilization of ad spend.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify current prospects and trends.
Track conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,730.90 per month
