Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, development, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a strong mix of architecture expertise and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and lead scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise platforms.
Develop using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Robust experience with ITSM and at least one module such as CSM/HRSD.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and OAuth.
Work with Now Assist/GenAI, Performance Analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring,



and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills
10–15 years of IT experience with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Lead Developer/Architect.
CSA and CAD certifications.
Minimum 2 CIS certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or related areas.
Solid ServiceNow architecture, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Positive to Have: CTA/CMA certification, AI-driven workflows, digital transformation, and Agile/Scrum experience. Interview: 3 Technical Rounds | Virtual | Working Hours: IST

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
