Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
Explain project details and understand customer requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM.
Work towards site visit and conversion targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust follow-up and sales abilities.
Real estate presales/sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of Pune/PCMC real estate market is an advantage.
Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and managing multiple leads.
