BMR/BPR Archival & Flow: Assist in the issuance, retrieval, secure handling, and systematic archiving of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
Data Entry & Review Support: Learn to verify raw data entries, time-logs, and calculation steps in executed batch records against cGMP and ALCOA+ principles.
Logbook Management: Monitor and track the issuance, completion, and periodic reconciliation of equipment and cleanroom logbooks.
SOP Formatting: Learn to draft, format, and track the routing of standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and department checklists under supervision.
QMS Tracking Assistance: Help log, track, and follow up on closure timelines for shop-floor deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and incident reports.
Audit File Readiness: Assist senior team members in organizing, indexing,
and maintaining audit-ready documentation files for regulatory inspections (USFDA, EU Annex 1).
Environmental Monitoring Logs: Compile and archive routine cleanroom environmental monitoring (EM) data, differential pressure charts, and temperature/humidity logs.
Change Control & Protocol Filing: Assist in maintaining central record registers for validation protocols, equipment history files, and technical reports.
Cross-Functional Routing: Coordinate the physical or digital movement of batch dossiers between Sterile Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC).
Compliance & Safety Learning: Undergo regular training on cleanroom behavioral rules, sterile area documentation practices, data integrity rules, and workplace safety.
