Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 6 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Supervise, Coordinate & Monitor Production activities on the shop floor
Plan & allocate manpower, machines & material to achieve daily/weekly production target.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection.
Maintain proper documentation of production records, shift reports, shift reports & downtime analysis.
Train, operate, motivate, evaluate production operators.
Support implementation of 5S practices.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores dept. for smooth operations.
Enforce compliance with health, safety & environmental regulation.

Required Skills:
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Positive in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
