Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and coordinate civil, structural, MEP, and interior works where applicable.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors at site.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate inspections, measurements, billing, and client approvals.
Monitor project costs and minimize wastage and delays.
Ensure timely handover of projects.





Required Qualification & Skills
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, structural work, finishing, and site execution.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera will be preferred.
Robust team management and leadership skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Experience in handling clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
