Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of EVA / POE / EPE encapsulant sheet manufacturing.
Establish, implement and maintain quality standards, SOPs, inspection plans and testing procedures.
Ensure quality of incoming raw materials, in-process material and finished products.
Monitor critical product parameters such as thickness, GSM, gel content, shrinkage, tensile strength, elongation, adhesion/peel strength, transmittance, cross-linking performance and other applicable properties.
Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA.
Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality systems.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Purchase and Maintenance teams for continuous quality improvement.




Reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints through systematic problem-solving.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates and traceability documentation.
Develop and manage laboratory testing systems and calibration of testing equipment.
Support recent product development, trials, validation and customer approvals.
Train and develop the Quality team.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable industry standards.Role & responsibilities
