Develop quality plans ,manage inspection team across cutting, sewing & finishing & ensure final products meet buyer specifications.
Establish & implement (SOPs) & quality plans from fabric inspection to final packing.
Required Candidate profile
Deep knowledge of garment , fabric specs (GSM, shrinkage, etc) measurement specs & AQL standards.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation & records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
