Position: Regional Collection Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional collections for the Secured Loan portfolio.
Drive collection and recovery targets across the assigned region.
Manage and motivate Area/Branch Collection Managers and field teams.
Monitor overdue, delinquency, DPD and recovery performance.
Develop effective collection strategies to improve portfolio quality.
Manage field agencies, collection vendors and external partners.
Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulatory guidelines.




Analyse MIS and collection performance and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with business, credit and operations teams for resolution of delinquent accounts.

Candidate Profile
7–10 years of experience in collections, preferably in Secured Loans / LAP / Home Loans.
Solid experience in regional/team management and field collections.
Positive knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies and portfolio management.
Solid leadership, communication and analytical skills.
