We are looking for an experienced Regional Head – Wealth Management to drive business growth, manage a team of Wealth Managers, and build solid relationships with HNI/UHNI clients. The role involves achieving AUM and revenue targets, leading regional wealth operations, and providing comprehensive investment solutions.
Drive AUM, revenue, and profitability targets for the region.
Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Wealth Managers/RMs.
Cross-sell wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
Conduct portfolio reviews and provide investment advisory solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Monitor regional performance and implement growth strategies.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
MBA/CA/CFA/CFP preferred.
10–15+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
Minimum 7 years of team handling experience.
Solid HNI/UHNI client network and business development skills.
