About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D; Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, developing creative ideas, and supporting product/service development. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about research, innovation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the R&D; team in conducting research, experiments, and feasibility studies.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support ongoing projects.
Review literature, reports, and patents relevant to research topics.
Support in designing prototypes, testing methods, or pilot studies.
Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to support innovation.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




Ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of research tools/software is a plus.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute in a team workplace.
