About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our 811 Digital Sales team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring recent customers, driving account openings, conducting on-ground sales activities, and promoting cross-sell opportunities within the bank’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition
Acquire Savings and Current Accounts from the open market.
Conduct on-ground sales activities such as:
Canopy setups
Umbrella activities
Cold calling
Field visits
Reference-based sourcing
2. Cross-Selling
Promote additional financial products to existing customers including:
Life Insurance (LI)
General Insurance (GI)
SIPs
Personal Loans (PL)
Fixed Deposits (FD)
Territory Management
Work within the assigned geographical pin codes.




Achieve targets for account acquisition and cross-sell products.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation (Any stream)
Age: Up to 25 years
Experience: 0–1 year of sales experience (freshers can apply)
Mandatory Requirements:
Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license
Willingness to travel and perform field activities

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
