Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) is the apex body representing the staffing industry in India, driving compliance, standards, and growth within the sector. We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team and contribute to expanding ISF’s outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire current customers through field visits and relationship building.
Promote ISF’s offerings to potential clients in retail and related sectors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales or field sales.
Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel locally for client acquisition.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
