Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and energetic Sales Management Trainees to join our Marketing team. This role is an exciting chance for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in B2B industrial sales and gain hands-on experience across various markets and client segments.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and support sales planning, lead generation, and business development activities
Assist the regional sales team in achieving business targets




Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Engage with clients and channel partners to understand their requirements
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities across different geographies
Prepare and present performance reports and client feedback insights

What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates (BBA/MBA – Marketing) or any discipline with interest in industrial sales
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Willingness to relocate and travel to major cities in India as per business requirements
Proficiency in the relevant local language(s) will be an added advantage
A self-starter with robust interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
