Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.n
Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.n

nProgram Definition & Governance

Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.n
Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.n
Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.n

nCross-functional Collaboration

Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.n
Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.n
Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.n

nExecution Excellence

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.n
Monitor perks realization and business outcomes post implementation.n
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.n

nStrategic Reporting

nIdeal Candidate Profile:

2–6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-focused role.n
