Position Overview

Kotak Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager (Assistant Manager level) to drive the growth of our Credit Life Insurance business. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in life insurance sales and collaborate closely with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lending institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with branch managers, loan officers, and other key stakeholders.
Promote Kotak Life’s credit life insurance solutions across partner branches.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Drive product penetration across lending partners and ensure consistent business growth.
Product Promotion & Training
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for partner staff.
Organize promotional activities to increase awareness and adoption of credit life products.




Customer Education & Support
Educate borrowers about credit life insurance, its perks, and claim processes.
Support customers with documentation and onboarding during the sales process.
Compliance & Reporting
Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines at all times.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, partner interactions, and activities in CRM/reporting tools.
Market Insights
Monitor competitor offerings and provide inputs to strengthen market positioning.

Basic knowledge of financial or insurance products
