Key Responsibilities
Handle reservations and booking enquiries.
Manage guest and travel partner communication.
Support room sales and revenue generation.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
Maintain reservation records and reports.
Handle corporate, OTA and direct booking enquiries.
Support sales activities and guest relationship management.
Requirements
5–6 years of experience in Sales or Reservations.
Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of hotel reservation procedures.
Guest-focused and professional approach.
